How to Find Open Jobs
From the Careers page, you can view our latest job postings or use our search features to locate additional open positions. To view open positions, simply click the Advanced Search link. You can search postings by job family, job opening ID, locations, keywords or a combination of these items. If you don't find what you're searching for by keyword, then remove your keyword and start a search by using one or more of the other search criteria.
To view more information about a particular posting, click on the Posting Title. When you've found the position(s) of interest, check the box to the left and select Apply Now at the bottom of the screen. You will be prompted to register if you are a new user or Sign On if you have already registered on this site.
How to Submit a Resume Online
To apply for an open position, you must complete an application and submit a resume based on the position(s) for which you have applied. Listed below are all the possible application categories you may see.
To navigate the eRecruit system use the links on the pages or the Previous and Next buttons found on each page. You can return to any page you have previously viewed by clicking on the same links or buttons. When you navigate through the system, do not use the back and forward buttons on your browser toolbar. If you do, you are likely to experience issues and risk losing your work.

Choose resume
The acceptable formats for our system are .pdf, .doc, .htm, .html, .rtf and .txt. You will have the option to upload a resume document from your PC, use an existing resume (or one you have already submitted), create a text box resume or apply without a resume. We encourage you to submit a resume in addition to completing the online application.
If you choose the Upload a Resume option, you will be asked to enter a name for your resume. Please title your attachment using an indicator that will help you remember the resume version you are submitting.
Complete application
After choosing your resume, you will come to the Complete Application screen. This screen is where you will view the job postings you are applying for and will have a chance to edit your choices. You will be asked to review the resume you are using and will have a chance to make changes as needed.
Edit profile
Enter your contact information. Your name should be entered using upper and lower case letters. A phone number is required to complete your application. Also remember to include your e-mail address, so we can contact you regarding the status of your application.
Preferences
Provide details of your employment preferences such as your work schedule, salary requirements and geographic location preferences.
Education and Experience
Work Experience
Click the link Add Work Experience and enter your work experience. If you are currently working in a position, leave the End Date blank. Choose Save & Add More to continue to add all of your work experience information. Once you have finished, choose Save & Return to go back to the Complete Application screen.
Education History
Enter the highest level of education you have achieved in the top section. Then click the Add Post Secondary Education link to add college/university education details. Do not enter your high school information.
Click Save & Return or Save & Add More when you have completed the information.
Training
Click the Add Job Training link to enter relevant courses as desired. Click Save & Return to return to the Complete Application screen. Use the Save & Add More button to provide additional courses.
Licenses and Certificates
Click the Add Licenses and Certificates link and then click on the drop down box to choose your information. Select the Save & Return button to go back to the Complete Application screen. Use the Save & Add More button to provide additional licenses and certifications.
Note: If you can't find a matching license or certificate in the list, click Cancel to return to the Complete Application screen, then add your information to your attached resume or resume text.
Languages
Click on Add Languages link and enter a language by using the drop down box. Also rate your level of speaking, reading and writing proficiency. Select the Save & Return button to go back to the Complete Application screen. Use the Save & Add More button to provide additional language qualifications.
Memberships
Click on the Add Memberships link and enter a membership by using the drop down box. Select the Save & Return button to go back to the Complete Application screen. Use the Save & Add More button to provide additional memberships.
Note: If you can't find a matching membership in the list, click Cancel to return to the Complete Application screen. Include your information in your resume document or text.
Honors and Awards
Click on the Add Honors and Awards link and enter information by using the drop down box. Select the Save & Return button to go back to the Complete Application screen. Use the Save & Add More button to provide additional memberships.
Note: If you can't find a matching honor and award in the list, click Cancel to return to the Complete Application screen. Include your information in your attached resume document or text.
References
Click on Add Reference to enter the names and titles of your references. Select the Save & Return button to go back to the Complete Application screen. Use the Save & Add More button to provide additional references.
Screening Questions
You may have a section asking you to answer specific questions. Review each question and enter the answer. Your answer is required to proceed with the application process.
Referral Information
How did you find out about us?
Enter a Referral Source in the Referral Details section. For Advertisements, Agency or Internet referrals, please click on the Referral Source Subcategory to find the specific source. If you do not see your source, enter it into the "Other - Referral Source" field.
If you were referred by an employee of the company, enter his or her name in the Referral name and also their e-mail address.
If you are a former employee, please indicate that on this section.
Submit application
At this point, you can review your resume by clicking on the links or by using the Previous and Next buttons. When you are ready to submit your resume, click on Submit. Complete the Self Identification and/or the Terms and Agreements sections.
You will receive an e-mail notification that you've either updated your resume or applied for certain job openings. In order to receive this e-mail, you may need to add the address eServices@aegonusa.com in your E-mail Address Book so the message is not blocked or filtered.
