To play a video, click on the image or click the corresponding play button (»).

To download a video, right click on the corresponding link and select "Save Target As..."

To add a video to your web site, follow these steps:

1. Highlight the code by clicking anywhere inside the text area.
2. Copy the code.
3. Paste the code onto your HTML page.

To add a video onto a PowerPoint presentation, follow these steps:

1. Download the video onto your computer. Save the video in the same folder as the PowerPoint presentation.
2. Open your presentation.
3. Select "Insert" from the top menu, then "Movies and Sounds" then "Movies from files..."
