Today, he consults with producers on the use of life insurance in various advanced concepts. His expertise includes planning for foreign nationals and case design for premium financing and split dollar arrangements. Before coming to Transamerica, John practiced at the banking law firm of Marcin Lambirth LLP. He worked for the United States Bankruptcy Court, the Los Angeles Superior Court, and the Internal Revenue Service while in law school. He also worked for several years in financial services at First Data Corporation and Washington Mutual. John graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics. He earned his Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine University and his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. He is a member of the state bars of California and Nevada.
