Index Universal Life

A truly flexible product, index universal life (IUL) combines the death benefit of traditional life insurance with the potential to accumulate cash value over time. With both domestic and global index account options, your clients are guaranteed minimum interest rates and no exposure to market declines.

Whole Life

Whole life polices provide protection for your clients' entire lifetime (provided premiums are paid). Premiums stay level throughout their life and are generally paid annually. A whole life insurance policy can build cash value on a tax-deferred basis.
 
Transamerica Lifetime whole life insurance combines the best features of permanent life insurance protection and optional living benefit riders. Coverage options range from $25,00 to $2,000,000.
 
Transamerica's Final Expense Solution Portfolio offers a guaranteed death benefit and level premium whole life insurance from $1,000 to $50,000 for people of varying health levels and lifestyles. Final Expenses coverage is underwritten on a simplified issue basis without any waiting period, subject to qualification.* Premiums are guaranteed level and payable during the life of the insured.

*For applicants who do not qualify, Transamerica reserves the right to require full underwriting.

Fixed Index Annuity

For clients pursuing retirement income for life, annuities could be a possible strategy. A fixed index annuity is designed to help clients protect their premium and any future interest earnings from market losses with the opportunity for growth potential.

In order to sell the FIA products, you must meet the following criteria:
 
  • Possess an active life insurance license
  • Be appointed with Transamerica Life Insurance Company (TLIC)
  • Complete the NAIC annuity & Transamerica product trainings
    • Once you have completed the NAIC product training you must fax your NAIC certificate to 1-866-714-6242. If you've completed the NAIC training with another carrier, you do not have to do it again. Simply fax your certificate to us today to ensure we have it on file.

To get appointed with TLIC:
  • Log on to MyWFG.com
  • Click Menu
  • Go to "Licensing & Appointments"
  • Click on the "Appointments," then "Carrier Appointments"
  • Click on "Annuities," then "Non-New York Annuity Carriers"
  • Click on the Transamerica Variable Annuities (P00375), then click "Start Electronic Appointment" (not available in NY and PR)
  • Complete all electronic forms (appointment paperwork and License Only Agreement) including signatures
  • You will not be authorized to write business until you are appointed with Transamerica Life Insurance Company and complete the NAIC and Transamerica product training courses.
