  Cases started on the ‘old’ CA application before 7AM EST on April 15th, 2023: New CA application availability:
iGO e-App® eApp Must be locked, signed, & submitted by 11:59PM EST on Friday, May 12th, 2023. New application available at 7AM EST on Saturday, April 15th, 2023.
Paper Application Must be completed, signed, & received at Transamerica Home Office by 4PM EST on Friday, May 12th, 2023. New paper application available at 7AM EST on Saturday, April 15th, 2023.
