If you received an Endorsement Certificate that verifies the name change please keep the Endorsement with your insurance records for your future reference. If you haven’t received it yet, we’ll send it out when your state approves the changes.

Automatic payments will continue to process as usual. Payments on your existing premiums should be returned to the address indicated on your billing statement.
