A “government” money market fund invests at least 99.5% of its total assets in U.S. government securities, cash, and/or repurchase agreements that are fully collateralized by U.S. government securities or cash. Transamerica Asset Management, Inc. and its affiliates are under no obligation to provide financial support to the fund or take other measures to ensure that you do not lose money on your investment in the fund. As a government money market fund, the fund is not required to impose a fee upon sale of your shares (liquidity fees) or temporarily suspend your ability to sell shares if the fund liquidity falls below required minimums (redemption gates), and has no current intention to voluntarily impose such liquidity fees or redemption gates. However, the Board of Trustees reserves the right to impose liquidity fees and/or redemption gates in the future.
